03. Manufacture
Every element of your DIRTT project is precision-manufactured to 1/16 of an inch with minimal waste at facilities throughout North America. With final site verification, we can fine-tune measurements up to the week before you place your order, ensuring seamless integration with the building shell. Off-site manufacturing not only reduces waste but also speeds up construction with exacting precision. Completely customized components fit perfectly into the base building. 04. Install
Your DIRTT components arrive at the site fully assembled and ready for installation, saving up to 30% off overall project schedules and minimizing on-site waste. The Smartt project team works closely with you to ensure components arrive precisely when needed and collaborates with other trades for optimal integration on site. Installation is cleaner with minimal debris, noise, and drywall dust. DIRTT integrates smoothly with the rest of your project, adjusting as necessary to site conditions. Should unexpected issues arise, our certified DIRTT Technicians can promptly modify components to keep your build on track.
